Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn (CPH City & Port Development) owns the public space at the tip of Langelinie. They also have the responsability to develop the areas in Nordhavnen ("Northern Habour") and Marmormolen.
Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S is owned by The City of Copenhagen (55%) and the State (45%).
