"The scheme stands as a bold and expressive building. In terms of its size, chosen materials and monolithic presence, it adds itself confidently to the series of masonry warehouses along the west quay on Langeline, which is further illustrated with a series of fine diagrams of the existing conditions and buildings on the site."

"With a personal interpretation of the windows within the masonry façade, one notices an attention to some of the themes, which form part of sustainable design; such as a well insulated façade, natural ventilation and durable materials.

The overwhelming number of windows relates to achieving a high flexibility between large and smaller room sizes behind."

"This buildings spatial theme is based around three atriums of full height, separated by two distinct internal cores with elevators, stairs and storage. All rooms have a connection to these atrium spaces, and secondary bridges and stairs supplements the internal circulation. The surfaces of the continuous cores are ventilated and acoustically separated from the large internal space."
